Are you looking to start your journey into health and fitness, but are intimidated, don’t know where to start or simply don’t have the time? Regardless of the roadblocks that have stopped you before, our team at Kingston Athletics is here to help get you started.

We have created a program that is just for you! This 30-minute group fitness class is designed with the beginner in mind. Led by our experienced and passionate coaches, you can count on us to give you the support and motivation you need to take your first (of many) steps into fitness.

WHAT are Hello, Fitness! classes?

Hello, Fitness! is a 30-minute class for those looking to get in a sweat that don’t have a lot of time. The classes will include a workout specific warmup, an intense workout and a quick cool-down. Workouts will consist of a mixture of bodyweight, plyometric, kettlebell and dumbbell exercises focused on getting you sweating and the most for your time in the gym. You will have a dedicated and experienced coach for the small group in the class. The program is designed to give you the fundamentals to make a positive change in your overall daily habits and lifestyles regarding fitness.

A few reasons that the Hello, Fitness! may be right for you:

Since we opened our doors, our Kingston Athletics fitness coaches have worked with many clients of all ages and fitness levels. Our goal is to make your workout program challenging, motivating, and fun. By doing your classes in a group setting, it keeps the cost of your program affordable. However, we can also create an individualized program that is custom tailored to your own fitness level and goals.
