Here at Kingston Athletics, we’re doing something new. In lieu of the normal 6-week challenge, we are now offering a 4-week kick-start to help you start crushing your fitness goals right away. New classes begin on the first Monday of each month and take place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 6:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. In addition, you will receive body composition analysis and a nutrition consultation to help you maximize your time at the gym.

WHAT IS THE 4-WEEK KICK-START PROGRAM?
The kick-start program begins with a body composition test for a baseline measurement as well as a nutrition consultation. Over the course of 4 weeks, you will focus on a series of foundational strength movements and high-intensity interval workouts with a dedicated and experienced coach for the small group in the program. The program is designed to give you the fundamentals to make a positive change in your overall daily habits and lifestyles regarding fitness and nutrition.
