Are you new to fitness classes or have never been in a class at Kingston Athletics? We try to make it easy for our customers to know what to expect. Our Kingston fitness facility welcomes people from all backgrounds and fitness levels, and staffed by experienced, friendly professionals.

  • What Type of Services Do You Offer?

    We offer a number of different types of classes to choose from. This includes group classes, boot camp classes, CrossFit classes, and even personal training. Be sure to let us know what you are looking for and we can help you find the perfect class.

  • Do I Need to Bring Any Equipment to Class?

    Definitely not. We have all of the necessary tools for our classes, including weights, mats, and other types of fitness equipment. However, if you would like to bring your own yoga mat, you are welcome to.

  • How Do I Sign Up or Cancel for Class?

    If you are new to Kingston Athletics, please call us or fill out a contact form. We would like to speak with you prior to signing up, to help come up with the best plan to help you reach your fitness goals. Current members can use our online scheduling feature to sign up for classes.

  • What If I'm a CrossFit or Class Beginner?

    Beginners are definitely welcome! Feel free to try our various classes to get an idea of what they involve. You can experience a few different types of classes and see what you like most. If you find that you like a variety of classes, you can sign up for more than one.

  • Do You Offer a Weekly or Monthly Membership?

    Absolutely. We offer a number of different membership options. We would be happy to discuss your needs and how our different membership levels may reflect your fitness needs and your budget.
