Our Packages

Three things that set our fitness classes apart

1. Structure – All classes are instructor led. You will be working alongside a group of motivated, friendly, welcoming students who will encourage and push you every day. Each 1 hour class starts with a group warm up, followed by strength training, conditioning and a proper cool down. We have over 20 hours of classes each week for you to pick from.

2. Accountability – Showing up to class is important. In Fact, your results depend on it! People with a consistent training schedule every week are the most successful.

3. Variety – Our training is always different. You’ll be using kettle-bells, barbells, plyometric-boxes, dumbbells, medicine balls, gymnastics rings, and more! You will push, you will pull, you will lift, you will sweat, and most of all you will have fun! Even the most beginner athletes will understand better technique and skill in weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio exercises.

Weightlifting

Our fees are higher than the typical gym, because we are different from the typical gym.

Although we do offer personal training, the monthly unlimited program is closely related to personal training within a group setting. Our coaches are available to our clients every time you walk into our doors as part of your membership. At Kingston Athletics, you will have coaches assisting you with your workouts to see a success rate unmatched at other gyms.

Along with coaching, your unlimited monthly membership also comes along with constant nutritional support. Exercise is important, but even more important is the fuel you put in your body. We will be there to keep you on track with the right food selections to help you achieve your goals!

Other Programs That We Offer

BootCamp $70

3 high-intensity sessions each week that will leave you breathing heavy, sweating and wanting more! Everything but the barbell is fair game!

Foundations $149

10 sessions: 5 one-on-one personal training and 5 group classes to get you ready for CrossFit.

Kick-Start $99

12 sessions over the course of 4 weeks. Taught in a group setting. Designed to get you up to speed and ready to handle any CrossFit workout.

Hello Fitness $59

Two 30 minute sessions each week with the option for a third session on Saturdays. Short and sweet. This will get you in, sweaty and out in a half an hour.
